Tiesha was a wonderful representative. She took the time to ensure that I understood my policy. She was patient and answered every question that I had. She was very friendly and welcoming although it was super early in the morning. Felt as if I was talking to one of my friends. She gave me recommendations when I asked for her opinion on things.
